Answer:  14 years

Question: Who or what inspired you to become a chef?
Answer: While I was an Intern with Holiday Inn, there were 2 Chefs that allowed me to learn and cook and appreciate the Culinary Arts.

Question: What do you enjoy most about your profession?
Answer: The Challenge and excitement each day brings.

Question: When you’re not in the kitchen what are you doing?
Answer: Enjoying my family, Tennis, Golf and talking food

Question: What is your most popular dish?
Answer: Prime Rib and John Dory

Answer: Art Maniazis Sicilian Steak
